Chuck Schaum
Chuck is the Farm Manager. He left his job of 12 years to farm full time. It offered him more time with his family and less stress. He does everything from constructing barns and fence maintenance to feeding animals and assisting in births.
Allison Schaum
Allison helps her husband, Chuck, with the farm work. She handles all of the record keeping, registering of animals, website and operating the farm store.
