Greetings Local Foodies:
We hope that you are all doing well. I know it has been a few months since our last newsletter so I have quite a few things to communicate!
FRESH!
We currently have fresh grass fed beef available-all cuts-so come and get it! This is the first of two fresh cows that we will have this month.
December 2010 Newsletter
It's so hard to believe that Thanksgiving has passed us by and we are looking at Christmas and New Years Day. We truly hope that all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed your turkeys! Even though it is nippy outside there is still plenty happening at the farm and we hope to see you all very soon.
October 2010 Newsletter
Greetings to everyone! We hope that you are enjoying this WONDERFUL change of weather that visits us, oh so briefly, every year. We are definitely loving it and all of the animals are breathing a sigh of relief! We are actually getting the monthly newsletter out on time this month and we have a lot of wonderful things in store.
On Sunday, October 3rd, Carolina Farm Stewardship Association is having its annual on-farm dinner BUT this year is different!
Important News
I hope everyone enjoyed the summer because it sure seems like it is over! With the kids back in school before we know it, fall will be upon us.

Shrimp
We have fresh South Carolina shrimp from Thursday-Saturday. We only have 20 lbs. so come and get yours today. Only $7.00/lb and we can bag up the quantities you request.
August 2010 Newsletter
Fresh Goat
Many of you have been looking for goat meat and we are pleased to announce we've got it. This week we've got leg of goat, goat chops, rack of goat and ground goat. Come on by and get yours today!
Organic Produce
This week we have cucumbers, watermelons, tomatoes (heirloom salad and slicers), squash, zucchini, basil, Thai eggplant, and regular eggplant. This is absolutely delicious and you'll love it!
July 2010 Newsletter
The time has finally come to celebrate our Grand Re-opening. This Saturday, July 17th, come out and see the expanded portion of the store stocked with wonderful certified organic products. While you're out, enjoy a complimentary horse drawn trolley ride and see all the animals. Because of the heat we will be offering the trolley rides from 10am-12pm.
